There is a master bedroom with double bed, en- suite bathroom and small balcony looking out on to the mountains, the Bellapais Abbey and the sea. The 2nd master bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds and balcony facing the mountain.

Outside is a terrace with dining table chairs and parasol. The pool is 10 x 5 overflow pool and the pool terrace has 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols. The property is located on the lower Catalkoy road and the new Stop & Shop Supermarket is open from 7am till 11pm which is only 2 minutes drive away. Further up is another Supermarket, Chemist and Hot roast chicken take away.
