The property is furnished to high standard with 2 large bathrooms, wood burners, air-conditioning, Private mature garden, secured walls and gates, 10 x 5 overflow private swimming pool. The house enjoys panoramic views of the coastline over the town, towards the east and across to Turkey. The House on The Hill is a non-smoking property and is not suitable for children, the elderly or infirm (due to large number of steps down to the pool).

The House on The Hill was built in 1968 for actor / comedian Peter Sellers. The Villa has been extensively refurbished during the last two years and sits on the mountains above the historical port town of Kyrenia. The house is surrounded by secure walls and gates and sits within its own established gardens.  All windows and doors are fitted with fly- screens. The lounge/diner is a spacious room, which captures cool breezes throughout the summer.

The Villa is furnished in a contemporary style to a very high standard. Two double patio doors lead on to the front terrace of the house which offer panoramic views of the coastline over the town. The lounge has an electrically assisted wood burner for any chilly evenings and a cd stereo system. There is a TV room with a large screen Satellite TV, DVD player with a library of 50 DVDs, and a large selection of books, air-conditioning and a wood-burner if required.  The two double and one twin bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. All bedrooms have balconies with table and chairs, and all benefit from air-conditioning. There is also an additional cloakroom.

Rates are net per villa, up to 3 persons.

For each additional guest add £8 per night.

All rates include: standard hired car, private return transfers, Welcome pack, weekly maid service & Local services, as specified.

Minimum charge is one week.
