Villa Serafina is a beautiful contemporary 3 bed roomed bungalow, newly built to a high standard and set in over a donum of land, few minutes from the sea, with beautiful mountain views and lemon and olive groves to the front and rear of the villa. it is built around the 8m x 4m swimming pool, with every room having access to a sun terrace area. There is also a roof top terrace with BBQ, table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining, with panoramic views of the area. The villa's entrance opens to a light and airy hallway, which leads to the spacious living/dining room with marble flooring, elegant furnishings and a high vaulted wooden ceiling. There are comfortable settees and a large dining table for 6, TV, DVD, and CD player. Sliding doors lead to the pool area or to the covered terrace, with marble topped table and 6 chairs, ideal for breakfast in the sun. The kitchen is large and well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen also has access to the breakfast terrace area. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, as well as a cloakroom with WC.

The master bedroom is spacious, it has stunning mountain views and a double bed, dressing table and sliding doors to a terraced area facing the garden. It has an en-suite shower room and WC, with dressing area and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a single bed, large fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. A sliding door leads to the terrace. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and access to the terraced area. A Z bed is also available. All rooms have marble flooring and the bedrooms and lounge are air conditioned.

Rates are net per villa, up to 3 persons.

For each additional guest add £8 per night.
