• Audio-visual equipment - depends on requirements but we can supply any specification
• Dinners - we would suggest one dinner in the hotel, normally about £30 including wine and
water, and one outside dinner - prices depend on venue and distance from hotel but we are happy to provide ideas, book space and arrange transfers.
