Due to its excellent location between Bellapais and Kyrenia, the Altinkaya Resort is perfect if you enjoy walking. There is an ancient Crusader Path from the village of Ozankoy to the beautiful village of Bellapais which can be accessed by heading east into Ozankoy Village as far as the bookshop - inside they can give you directions. It is well worth the walk up to Bellapais; once you get there the views are sensational. If you are visiting the Altinkaya in August then the Ozankoy Carob festival is well worth a visit providing a great insight into the culture and local traditions of North Cyprus.
The Armonia Restaurant is located in the main Altinkaya Resort building, and offers an open buffet style breakfast and for dinner an open buffet style meze plus a choice of main courses from a set menu. There is a pool bar open in the summer, which serves snacks and drinks.
