Set amongst a vast array of fragrant flowers and fruit trees, this charming hotel offers a haven of tranquillity amongst the citrus groves.
The Riverside Garden Resort is located within the Kyrenia mountain range, and provides a host of facilities amidst sweet smelling gardens, sprawling over eight acres. Throughout the year, the resort is bursting with summer colours of white, red, purple and green from the numerous plants, bougainvillea and jasmine. Even during the winter months, oranges and lemons provide a splash of colour from trees on the private terraces.
One of our most frequently visited hotels in Kyrenia, the Riverside Garden Resort provides first class accommodation with the beautiful decorated bedrooms. Incredible views, bungalows with Jacuzzi showers and terraced private gardens combine to provide an atmosphere which will make you feel truly at home. The resort boasts three pools from which to choose, depending on whether to wish to relax and soak up the sun, or to have some fun experiencing the water slides. Why not indulge in a massage or enjoy a game of tennis for something a little more active, then finish off the evening with a drink in the Ranch Bar, or with some live music in the restaurant. The Riverside Resort appeals to holiday makers of all ages, set within its Mediterranean mountain retreat.

Car hire is advisable although not essential, at the Riverside Garden Resort, as during high season, there is a reliable and regular courtesy bus into Kyrenia Town and the beach. Should you fancy a walk, then Northern Cyprus’ only waterfall, is situated in the village of Malatia. The Lapta coastal walk is another favourite, so should you fancy taking an evening stroll along the promenade, one of the most stunning coastlines of Kyrenia can be found, just a 15 minute drive away. Make sure you take a camera, as the views are simply unmissable! Simply the Hotel receptionist or Tour Rep for directions. At the end of the walk, is the beautiful Sardunya Bay, where guests can partake of a refreshing drink and light snack whilst sitting on the soft golden sands.
For those who have hired a car, do find time to stop off en route to Kyrenia to enjoy some water sports at Escape beach. The nearby Peace and Freedom Museum, with its historical war memorial monument provides a great place in which to take a quick holiday snap!
There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from in the surrounding area and just a 15 minute walk away, is the popular Acmenya which boasts a delicious menu as well as a large children’s play area for the kids to enjoy. Should you fancy a spot of high tea, then they also serve fancy cakes and coffee. On venturing a little further down the Lapta Strip, The Riverside’s sister restaurant called Calamari, offers a fantastic seafood menu, alongside a selection of tasty alternatives and stunning coastal. The Riverside Garden Resort is also able to arrange free transport to the Calamari via the hotel reception. In addition, The Fly Inn and The Lodge are also located along the Strip, both of which offer great evening entertainment and host regular karaoke and popular live music events.

Half Board: Breakfast & dinner are usually served as an open buffet in the main resort restaurant. • Full Board+: Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, with unlimited soft and alcoholic local drinks to accompany meals are served in the Main Restaurant. Soft and local alcoholic drinks are served from 10:00 to 22:00 at the A La Carte restaurant by the swimming pool. Extra supplements are required for ice cream, bottled and canned drinks. Room service and Mini Bar is chargeable.

Traditional breakfasts, lunches and evening meals are served usually as an open buffet in the main restaurant, where stunning mountain views can be appreciated in the indoor and outdoor seating facilities. A full English breakfast is available for a supplement. The poolside A'la carte Restaurant serves drinks and snacks such as, hamburgers, pizzas and kebabs throughout the day. During the evenings guests can enjoy a fantastic alfresco meal whilst savouring the surrounding aromatic vegetation.
